Government still seeking to give away stop-loss pay

President Barack Obama has approved an extension of a continuing resolution that gives service members and veterans until April 8 to file for ‘stop-loss’ funds if their service was involuntarily extended between Sept. 11, 2001 and Sept. 30, 2009.
