Star Behavioral Health Providers Training (Indianapolis, IN)

This is a two-day training:

April 3, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

April 4, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Tier Three provides clinical skills that focus on evidence-based treatments to address some of the behavioral health issues facing service members, veterans and families. Only licensed clinicians, who have attended Tier One and Tier Two and have been accepted into the registry, are eligible to attend. Registry providers who have attended a Tier One and a Tier Two can attend all of the different Tier Three training topics.

This is a two day training:

-March 20, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

-March 21, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Tier Two provides education about specific challenges and difficulties that are often associated with military service. Open to all service providers who have attended Tier One.

Star Behavioral Health Providers Training (Fort Wayne, IN)

This ninety-minute module provides an overview of moral injury, including definitions, types of morally injurious events, clinical implications, and how it differs from other conditions such as PTSD. Strategies for identifying and treating moral injury will also be explored. This training will be held from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. CEUs will be 1.5.

Star Behavioral Health Providers Training (Fort Wayne, IN)

This three-hour module provides an overview of the assessment, management, and treatment of MSA. There also will be a discussion of prevalence rates and myths associated with sexual assault as well as elements of military culture that may impact victims’ responses to it. This training is from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. CEUs will be 3.0.

Star Behavioral Health Providers Training (Fort Wayne, IN)

This intensive day-long module provides training in the assessment, management and cognitive-behavioral treatment of chronic pain targeting military and veteran clients. This training will be held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with an hour lunch break. CEUs will be 6.5.
