The Military Family Research Institute at Purdue University (MFRI) has funding available for individuals who are interested in military family research and would like to earn a graduate degree in Human wwwelopment and Family Studies at Purdue.
MFRI is hiring a Graduate Research Assistant to join its Family Journeys project team. Family Journeys is a longitudinal study of families experiencing military deployment. Data are gathered by in-person interviews with families before, during and after deployment. In addition to managing successful data collection, the Family Journeys team produces scholarly papers on behalf of the MFRI research program.
The team working on the Family Journeys project includes Ph.D. staff; Purdue faculty members; graduate students; undergraduate students; and contractual field interviewers.
