Operation L.E.A.D. Camp

July 17, 2011 - July 17, 2011

Operation: L.E.A.D. at Purdue University is a summer camp designed to serve children of military families in Indiana and surrounding states. Co-sponsored by MFRI and Purdue’s Department of Health and Kinesiology, Operation: L.E.A.D. is open to kids between the ages of 12 and 17.

Campers coming to Operation: L.E.A.D. will experience a unique combination of traditional outdoor summer camp activities combined with an exploration of the athletic and educational resources found on a college campus.  They will leave equipped with the skills and attitudes to help them adapt and adjust to the challenges of being part of a military family, and to assist them in their educational and career pursuits.

Find more information, including registration, at the Operation L.E.A.D. website.
