Leadership Training Series

Facilitator

Each of the four sessions in the Leadership Training Series will be facilitated and led by Rodney Vandeveer, an associate professor in the College of Technology at Purdue University. Professor Vandeveer brings to his teaching and training 30 years of industrial experience working in various positions ranging from plant manager to director of human resources.

In the Department of Organizational Leadership and Supervision he teaches Human Behavior in Organizations, Leadership Philosophy, Leadership Strategies for Quality and Productivity, Entrepreneurship and Emerging World-class Leadership Strategies. He has his Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and a Master’s of Science degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
